I’ve been testing the rtx 3070 ti with intel’s latest core i9 processor. Yes, 700w psu is enough power for any 11th gen or 12 gen intel i5, i7, or if and an rtx 3070ti Hi i was wondering if a 550w psu would be enough to get a 3070 (and maybe the future 3070ti) up and running.

The corsair rmx series, rm750x, is the perfect psu for your rtx 3070 ti. Not sure how gpu spike can trigger psu issues. Saw that the recommendation for 650w psy assumed the use of an i9 which consumes more than double the power of a 3600 (like 350 watts compared to 120) which would more than make up for the difference if true.
That Psu Is Fine For A 3070Ti.
Though the psu isn't the best, it won't blow up, the 3 separated cables (with 2 connectors each) are more than adequate for any 3070ti. Would a 650w psu be enough for the 3070 ti ftw3 ultra + 11400? Not fine i am currently using 750w 80gold color master psu with 10900k and 3070ti.
Currently Evga Has Good Deal On Psu 600W.
Unless you have a wildly oced 10900k or 5900/5900x, a rm750x should be fine. It's a myria one and i am not sure of the build quality as it is from a prebuilt. If power cuts are a thing at your place.
When I Observe The Consumption Of The Hardware From Analytic Software, Just Cpu And Gpu Reach 630 Watt.
Any standard 600w atx form factor 24/4 psu will fit 8500 case. The evga 600b is a crappy psu(to modern standards). Fans of heavy rgb setups will be disappointed because this psu is all black without any kind of rgb lighting.
