Getting the autodesk 3ds max running while using a radeon rx 5500 xt 8gb can see it could return a reliable 70 fps. 1733 mhz (reference card is 1717 mhz)

Unfortunately the laptop doesn't have a discrete gpu, just uhd 620 graphics. Autocad will “run” on a hd 620 igpu, however you will have hard time if you're a professional and most of the time you'll find it unusable.

I ended up with a 6800xt. But, since you don't think a 3070 will suffice and since you have the money to burn, the 6800xt would be your best bet with the 3080ti being the next contender.
